ENABLING ROLL CHANGES IN SECONDS
The ZeroStretch® films feature a unique core, allowing you to change rolls in seconds and dramatically streamline your workflow. With significantly reduced effort required, the wrapping process becomes faster, smoother, and more comfortable for operators.
1. Loosen the brake to allow ample room for the new roll. Insert the roll with the longer end of the protruding core pointing upwards.
2. The shorter end of the protruding core must point downward. This ensures easy wrapping of the bottom layers and the base pallet.
3. The two ends of the core allow foolproof inserting of the film — cling and slip will be on the right sides every time.
4. Fasten the brake until the roll sits securely within the dispenser.
5. ZeroStretch® is ready for action after only minimal time needed to change the roll.
HOW TO USE THE DISPENSER
Quick and easy instructions for optimal use
Attach the end of the film to the pallet to begin wrapping.
Begin wrapping the base layers. The ergonomic dispenser allows doing this at minimal strain on the back.
Continue upwards to wrap the main and top layers of the pallet. Overhead wrapping requires dramatically less effort with the ZeroStretch® dispenser.
Due to strong and durable magnets, your ZeroStretch® dispenser easily comes with you to where you need it.
